Lindsay Jacobsen is honest about the reality of real estate.

It is a hard industry and a lot of people don’t make it.

Early in her career, Lindsay worked independently with her father at a different brokerage. They built their business the traditional way through repeat clients, referrals, and open houses.

There was no built-in lead generation system. No formal team training. No broader network to rely on.

“If you didn’t really have that team support, the team training, the network, the lead generation. It was hard to keep yourself motivated.”

“They’ve been my clients from before I had her, till when I was pregnant with her, and seeing her after she was born.”

Real estate offered flexibility. The team made that flexibility sustainable.

“Without real estate and the success that I’ve found in real estate, I wouldn’t be able to offer those opportunities to her.”
